DECREE-LAW CITIZENSHIP
The Decree-Law Citizenship was approved by the Constitutional Commission on 27th June of 2019. It describe who can be considered as a novo-occitanian citizen.
The following is considered to be a citizen of the Union of Nova-Occitania:
- Born or Permanent Resident
-Old citizen of the Popular Union of Occitania who makes the request
-Naturalized person
-Person married to a Union national
-Personal descendant of a Union national

Former citizen of the Popular Union of Occitania
If you were a citizen of the UPO, you automatically have the right to be a citizen again of the Union of Nova-Occitania. Nevertheless the transfer is not automatic and it is necessary to make a request on this form.
