Nova-Occitania launches coat of arms design contest

The Constitutional Commission launches a major coat of arms-making contest. The goal is create the coat of arms of the Union of Nova-Occitania. Below are some elements to help the creators. It can also be a seal on the US model.

Symbols : national flag, red star
Animals : goat, whale, European eagle, octopus 
Flower : cornflower

There is no deadline, the choice will be made by the constitutional commission or by the next government. If the creation is good but is not selected, the creator will receive a compensation of 250 diners, the winner 1000 diners.
